Saffron Kitchen started as a small lunch spot on the outskirts of San Fernando in 2003. What began as a handful of tables and a short menu has grown into one of South Trinidad's most trusted names in Caribbean cuisine.
Everything is made from scratch daily. We source from local farmers wherever we can, and every recipe has been refined over years of feeding the people of Trinidad.
We don't believe in shortcuts. The food takes time because good food always does.
